The product I have ordered was switched to a different item when it arrived, not as it was advertised. A couple of keys in the accordion were broken inside, as well. I have returned the item about a month ago, and I have not received any refund credit, either from Amazon or their affiliated store. I have paid close to $600.00, but I was told that, as I could not provide a tracking number, they will not follow through. I have been a faithful Amazon customer over 15 years, and several responses I have received from Amazon.com or VIP Music store were very rude and unprofessional, completely ignoring anything I say. They are practically telling me that I should not bother about getting back my $600.00 I have invested in this equipment. Amazon/their affiliated company, I am sure, has received my returned merchandise by now (I have used their return label provided to me), and now they are not returned any money. The worst customer care response with many lies and makes me feel like I am a lier, as if I am lying to them. Don't ever trust Amazon.
